San Luis Obispo County Superior Court has announced a reduction of court operations that will affect those planning to visit. Effective March 18, 2020, the Court will continue all non-time sensitive matters to a later date to minimize the public’s potential exposure to COVID-19 during court appearances or jury service.

San Luis Obispo County Superior Court’s decision to make significant changes to operations was made in compliance with the Public Health executive order to shelter at home issued on March 18, 2020.

- The San Luis Obispo Courthouse Annex will be open only for matters on the Court’s calendar. All others will be asked to contact the Court remotely. Entrance to the San Luis Obispo location will only be available on Monterey Street. The Palm Street entrance will be closed.
